That same connectivity is actually a bigger selling point than the pool: it's how families will be able to get their kids to True North Classical Academy once it opens on-site, and eventually how you'll reach the planned Shops at Kingston — part of 700,000 square feet of retail and dining planned right at the front of Kingston South on Corkscrew Road — for everyday errands like groceries or a nail appointment. Esplanade's separate lane: spa, wellness, culinary
Esplanade at Kingston runs its own amenity experience under Taylor Morrison's national Esplanade brand — a wellness center, spa, and culinary center layered on top of the same resort-style pool and clubhouse concept. It's a more elevated, spa-and-wellness lifestyle lane running right alongside Kingston South's more casual, activity-driven amenity style, and it's worth touring both before deciding which fits how you actually want to spend your time. Both communities are open to any buyer — the difference is the amenity style, not who lives there.
The community is taking shape, even before the amenities are finished
I want to be upfront that Kingston's amenities aren't finished yet — the outdoor pickleball courts at Kingston South, for example, are still probably close to a year out. What is true right now is that the builders are moving quickly: October 17, 2026 is the official grand opening for the whole community, across all the builders, not just one. Lennar already has spec homes under construction that are on track to close before the end of 2026, giving quick move-in buyers a real option. Sales here are just getting started, but you can already see the community taking shape with spec homes going up across the builders.
