One of three builders at Kingston South, Neal offers 30' villas through 60' single-family homes across the Coral, Cruise, Celebration, Cove, and Coastal Series.

About Neal Communities

Neal Communities has been building homes in Southwest Florida since 1970 and has been recognized with "Builder of the Year" and "America's Best Builder" honors along the way. The company emphasizes green building practices and long-term stewardship of the communities it develops. Closer to home, Neal has also built in Verandah in Fort Myers and SkySail in Naples, along with several communities further north in the Sarasota and Venice area.

A couple of unique options worth knowing about: Neal offers a 6-foot garage extension on many plans for added storage, and several of their floorplans offer extended covered lanais — 8 feet or more of extra depth — which is a huge draw here in Southwest Florida if you want more covered outdoor living space.

How Building With Neal Works

Spec Home or Build-to-Suit

Spec Homes

Neal offers spec homes with pre-selected finishes that are already underway — a faster path to move-in. Neal has already funded that home's construction and wants it closed by a set date rather than carrying it, so spec homes are often priced more aggressively than a comparable build-to-suit home. Builder websites aren't always kept current on what's actually available, so contact me for the latest spec inventory.

Build-to-Suit

Choose your own floorplan, homesite, structural options, and design finishes for a fully personalized home. This typically takes 6–9 months, depending on Neal's backlog at the time you go under contract, and generally costs more than a comparable spec home.

Neal's On-Site Design Center

Neal keeps its design center right on-site at Kingston South — so if you build to suit, you'll pick your structural and design options without leaving the community.
