The Bahama Bar
The Bahama Bar is Esplanade’s outdoor pool bar — burgers, sandwiches, and casual poolside dining — and it’s also where the social calendar happens. Sunset socials, live music, and resident gatherings turn the pool deck into the community’s natural gathering spot, cabanas and all.
Dining & Culinary
Olive & Vine
Esplanade’s Culinary Center is home to Olive & Vine, a pizza restaurant with an open exhibition kitchen, wood tables, and a market wall for grabbing something to go — the kind of everyday spot that makes the clubhouse feel like a real community hub, not just an amenity checklist.
The Culinary Center will also be home to a more formal dining restaurant (name not yet announced) and an upstairs bar, plus wine lockers, a wine tasting room, and a teaching kitchen for cooking classes — and just outside it, Toasted Café for casual coffee, smoothies, and light bites.
Wellness
The Spa
Esplanade’s Wellness Center is built around The Spa — signature spa services and a full nail & pedicure studio right in the community. It’s resort-level pampering built into everyday life, not something you have to leave the community for.
The fitness center is outfitted with Technogym equipment and offers daily classes, with cryotherapy and an infrared sauna planned as part of the wellness lineup.
