I started in new construction over 20 years ago on the builder side, working for Pulte Homes — long before I became a licensed Florida REALTOR®. That's given me something most agents in this market don't have: I know how builders think, how their pricing and incentives actually work, and how to get my buyers the best possible outcome from the inside out.
Today I'm Co-Founder & Team Leader of RESIDENCE | eXp Realty, and I was recently ranked among the top three agents in Estero — and among the top-selling agents in the entire Corkscrew Corridor. The sales representative at a builder's model home works for the builder — not for you. That's their job, and they do it well. But someone should be working for you, too, and that's where I come in.
Builders compensate me for representing you, so having me on your side doesn't add to what you'd pay going in on your own — while giving you the benefit of my builder-side experience working for you, not the builder. And it's not competitive on their end, either — builders and I have great relationships because I bring them business, so I'm treated like part of the team, not an outsider — as long as I'm registered as your agent before your first visit or contact.
Builders don't give a bigger discount for skipping a REALTOR®. You're not saving anything by going in alone — you're just giving up someone in your corner.
